UFC Fight Night 103 has three new bouts, FOX Sports revealed on Monday.
Ben Saunders (20-7-2) is set to face Court McGee (18-5) in a welterweight bout in addition to lightweight fights between Jordan Rinaldi (12-5) and Devin Powell (8-1) as well as Erik Koch (15-4) and Tony Martin (10-3).
Saunders is coming off of a 17-second submission victory of Jacob Volkmann outside of the UFC in September. The 10th Planet BJJ specialist fought out of his UFC contract in January when he suffered a second-round TKO loss to Patrick Cote and planned to re-sign with the promotion before personal issues got in the way and the offer was no longer on the table. Prior to the loss, he had won three straight including finishes over Chris Heatherly and Joe Riggs.
McGee is 2-1 in his last three fights with his most recent bout being a unanimous decision win over Dominique Steele at UFN 92. He entered that fight coming off of a TKO loss to Santiago Ponzinibbio.
Koch is 2-1 in his last three outings and is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Shane Campbell. Martin is also 2-1 in his past three with his most recent win being a third-round rear-naked choke over Felipe Olivieri.
Powell, hailing out of Maine, will be making his UFC debut and is currently on a six-fight win streak with four finishes. Rinaldi made his debut on short notice in May and, despite suffering a decision loss, impressed many with his performance against Abel Trujillo.
