Prior to that, the 30-year old Brazilian scored a unanimous decision win over long-time MMA veteran Efrain Escudero. Silva is now 3-2 with 1 NC since being signed by the UFC in 2014.

After suffering back-to-back defeats to Benson Henderson and Adriano Martins, Rustam Khabilov (19-3) has managed to get himself back in the win column. At UFC London in February, Khabilov beat Norman Parke by unanimous decision and continued on to win another decision over rising prospect Chris Wade a couple months later.
