He is 2-2 in his past four bouts.

Neither of Ferguson's or Davis' opponents have been announced yet.

Bellator 160 will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California on August 26 and will be healdined by Benson Henderson vs Patricio Freire. The card will be a part of a combat-sports double header which features an event promoted by Premier Boxing Champions the following night.
