According to a report by MMAJunkie, sources have confirmed that Abel Trujillo is out of his upcoming bout against Evan Dunham.

Trujillo was expected to face Dunham on the main card of UFC Fight Night 94 in less than two weeks but an undisclosed injury has forced him out of the bout. The UFC is currently looking for an opponent to replace the 32-year old lightweight on short notice.

Dunham (17-6) has managed to turn things around after a rough patch between 2012 and 2014 where he went 1-4. He is currently on a three fight win streak which includes unanimous decision wins over Rodrigo Damm, Ross Pearson, and most recently Joe Lauzon. He was expected to fight at UFC 199 but suffered an injury in training and was unable to compete.
UFC Fight Night 94 is set to take place on September 17 in Hidalgo, Texas and will be headlined by a lightweight clash between #7 ranked Dustin Poirier and #10 ranked Michael Johnson. The co-main event features a middleweight bout between Uriah Hall and Derek Brunson.
